Smile Mail Marketing (“we”, “us”) operates the Dental Practice Growth Hub. This page explains what information we collect when you use the Hub, why we collect it, and your choices.
What we collect
When you register, we collect your name, email address, practice name, and Family Service Area (the first three characters of your postal code). As you use the Hub, we also record the growth reports we generate for you and the decisions you save.
Why we collect it and how we use it
We use your information to:
- Build and deliver your Growth Alignment report and the neighbourhood read for your practice.
- Keep a record of your practice and your activity in the Hub.
- Contact you by email about growing your practice, including follow-ups, updates, and marketing. Your details may be added to our contact lists for this purpose.
Your consent (CASL)
By creating an account, you consent to receive commercial electronic messages from Smile Mail Marketing at the email address you provide. You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email we send, or by contacting us at millicent@smilemailmarketing.ca. Every email we send identifies us and includes a way to unsubscribe.
How we store it
Your information is stored securely and kept only as long as needed for the purposes above. We do not sell your information.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us at millicent@smilemailmarketing.ca.
